Rachael Davison
Rachael first served with Josiah Venture (JV) in the Czech Republic at an English camp as part of her Northern Irish church team in the summer of 2007. She returned each year for the next three years and felt God leading her to full-time ministry. After graduating in 2011, Rachael was a youth ministry intern with her home church and led a summer intern team in Czech in the summer of 2012. Through the summer internship, Rachael again saw God’s grace transform not only her but also those around her as he drew Czech students closer to himself.
In the summer of 2013, Rachael moved to Czech and became part of the S-Team—Josiah Venture’s ministry speciality team. She now serves as the S-Team Director and the International Summer Ministry Director. This involves leading the team of people who serve across Josiah Venture to empower and equip local churches to use different ministries and tools to reach the next generation with the hope of the gospel.
Rachael is thrilled to have a front-row seat to how God is transforming lives and eternities across Europe. She lives in Český Těšín in the Czech Republic and also serves in her local church there.
