Karolína Lančová
Kája comes from a non-Christian Czech family and her first experience with Christians was in Tensing (a rock-pop choir). She gave her life to Christ when she was 15 at a Fusion camp. Following camp, she was invited to join a local church in Ostrava, and, later, the youth group as well. After a few years of going there, she was asked to join the leadership team. She was a part of the team for 4 years. Her first experience with Josiah Venture (JV) was at a JV English camp in 2014. For the four years following this camp, she returned as a leader every summer.During that time, she grew the most personally and spiritually.
After getting her masters degree in Opava, she realized that she was drawn to the missionary life that she saw in others, and it made her wonder if it was her calling as well. Shortly after, she asked if there was an open position in JV.
Kája started serving on the International team in April 2024. She is part of the Office of Finance and Operations where she works as an assistant.
Kája lives in Ostrava, recently joined a new church in Ostrava, and she’s excited to be involved in her new local church.
