Bálint Szabados
Bálint lives in Veszprém, a small town in Western Hungary where young people need the gospel desperately. He felt God slowly leading him into full-time ministry through his growing passion for serving young people.
Through being involved in the youth outreach of his church for several years, doing two summer internships in 2020 and 2022, and starting theology school at ForMission college, his desire to move into full-time ministry grew. When he got invited to join the team in Hungary, he knew God was calling him to step into it.
He will be responsible for helping lead Josiah Venture EDGE Sports—a growing soccer ministry in Hungary—and coming alongside young leaders to establish teams with a Biblical, discipleship-focused foundation. He will also have a hand in training leaders in local churches how to do discipleship modeled after Christ.
