In 2011, Sajmir met Irma, who shared his passion for faith and service. Their shared dedication laid the groundwork for a strong partnership, culminating in their marriage in 2015. This union marked the start of a new chapter in their lives, both personally and in their ministry.
Following their marriage, Sajmir and Irma moved to Lushnje, where they planted the Mozaik Church. This move was driven by their ambition to broaden their ministry and touch more lives. The church's name—Mozaik—reflects the diversity and interconnectedness of their congregation, symbolizing a community brought together by shared faith and purpose.
A central goal of their ministry is to "see disciples who make disciples." This vision underscores their commitment to not just spreading their faith but also empowering members of their congregation to become active participants in the spiritual growth and mentorship of others. By nurturing a community of disciples, who are both learners and teachers of faith, Sajmir and Irma aim to create a self-sustaining and expanding network of spiritual guidance and support. Sajmir joined Josiah Venture in 2023 and became the Fusion country leader.
