Zuzanna Tokarska
Growing up in a believing family, Zuza has known God since she was little. But it was thanks to her time in youth ministry that her relationship with him became personal. At the age of 15, she first came to a conference organized by El Dorado, a program organized by Josiah Venture (JV) in Poland. Not much later, she was volunteering there. It was a space where her faith deepened and she was able to serve alongside her peers. Throughout the years of volunteering, Zuza’s heart was transformed and filled with love for young people.
In 2024, after 2 years of working part-time with JV Poland, God called her to full-time ministry with El Dorado. The role she has been invited to is to coordinate a team of teenage volunteers. Her tasks will include: recruiting new volunteers, guiding them in service, ensuring the vision, unity and health of the team, and preparing training weekends. She sees that God has equipped her to care for people through organizational skills, counseling, discipleship, and managing conflicts. Zuza believes that God is creating a new generation of leaders who will be a key part of Polish churches, supporting and inspiring others with their hearts devoted to God.
