Natalia Starkowska
Natalia heard the gospel for the first time in 2006 and was captivated by it. She immediately started volunteering and growing in her local church in Nowy Tomysl, Poland. Since that time, she began watching God’s movement in Poland firsthand and dreaming about joining the ministry full-time. That opportunity came in May 2016 when she started serving with Fala (Josiah Venture’s national organization in Poland).
As a missionary worker, Natalia has a strong desire to empower youth to be disciples who make disciples. From leading one of the key programs in JV Poland (Camps ministry) to supporting areas of HR, Coaching, and Operations for the JV Poland team, she is a vital asset to the team. Natalia is regularly keeping things organized via spreadsheet files while engaging relationally through discipleship, mentoring young women, and developing next-generation leaders.
Natalia, with passion and calling, is committed to empowering young Polish leaders who have been discipled and trained to fill key positions in God’s work through Fala. She also invests personally by mentoring them to multiply other leaders through their ministries.
