Hayley Arnold
Hayley first served with JV Ukraine at an English camp in 2013, when she helped lead a short term team from her church. There she got a small glimpse into the beautiful people and culture of Ukraine and the ministry of empowering and equipping young people. A year later, Hayley served as an Extended Summer Intern with Josiah Venture in Ukraine. As she experienced daily life in ministry in Ukraine, she began to see that the Lord had equipped her to serve in a cross-cultural setting. This was re-affirmed in 2016, when she served as the co-leader of an intern team. Over the next few years, Hayley continued leading short-term teams from her church, participating in English and Fusion camps throughout Ukraine. In 2023, Hayley was able to return to Ukraine, and her eyes were opened to the way God was moving, despite the war and trials of many kinds.
Hayley is thrilled to return to Ukraine and serve as a school coordinator in the city of Ternopil. In this role, Hayley will pour into teens in school settings, and she will have the opportunity to connect students to local churches. She is thrilled to disciple young people and support local churches.
